YOUR ART, YOUR STATUS

Bluart Gallery is an independent art collection leasing service provider.

Leasing or renting is an alternative to purchasing works of art for your company. It is an alternative solution to purchasing works of art. With art leasing, as the name suggests, you can rent works of art such as paintings, photographs, etc. for an agreed period of time. This is an attractive offer for companies, art institutions, financial groups, conference centres, hotels, homes and all places where interiors are constantly being changed. Hiring artwork thus becomes a convenient and practical option.

The leasing fee is 100% tax deductible.

The main reason why most companies prefer leasing to buying works of art is that leasing is a way to reduce taxes. In fact, leasing is 100% tax deductible, which means that all payments made for the artwork are tax deductible.

For any for-profit company, this means a substantial saving on the real cost of acquiring artwork through rental. You could save 20% on your leasing fees.

Professionalising the workspace

Works of art have always been synonymous with class and sophistication. Especially in a workspace or office, they help create a professional environment. It also creates a better and more interesting space for employees to work. In addition, companies have the advantage of adding these leased artworks to their operating expenses, helping to reduce taxes.

Art Leasing

With so many advantages in the hat, art leasing has gained popularity due to its asset utilisation capabilities, tax advantages, the possibility of settling agreements and cost-effectiveness compared to purchasing artwork.

Capital preservation

Leased or rented artwork is added to the list of operating expenses, resulting in significant savings for the company in the form of tax deductions. These savings can be used for other capital expenditure. 10% to 25% is only the estimated average return after tax.

Credit Prevention

Renting/leasing and lending are two very different concepts. In leasing there is no interest rate that increases the capital to be paid. It is only a loan of an art object and therefore causes a reduction in credit. Being an operational expense, leasing helps to increase the borrowing capacity of the user.

Off-balance sheet financing

The leasing of an artwork and its asset is kept in the debt column (operating expenses) and is not included in the final balance sheet of the company.

Flexible financing.

The terms and conditions of the contract are established after proper negotiation and understanding of the customer’s requirements and needs. Although the rates are fixed, the arrangement is flexible and makes the customer happy.

Feasible and practical alternative.

The financial advantages of leasing over buying are many, such as tax advantages, non-fluctuating rates and payments, preservation of working capital and reduction of bank loans.

There is no eligibility criterion for art leasing. An art collector, an organisation, a business, a self-employed person, a company, an individual, anyone can choose art leasing.

There is no actual down payment, but a security deposit, which generally corresponds to two months’ rental of the artwork.

Rental policies

BluArt leases artwork to companies and individuals internationally. 50% of the lease fee paid for an artwork can be applied to the purchase price of the artwork.

HOW ART LEASING WORKS

Select your favourite artist and send us an enquiry at [email protected]

Art leasing fees are derived from a fixed percentage of the retail price of each artwork. These percentages are subject to change or modification (if necessary) during the lease term.

The leasing period is variable depending on the needs of the applicant, it can be for a few days, a defined number of weeks or for a few months, up to a maximum of one year.

The invoice can be paid in advance (upfront) or on a monthly basis, depending on the client’s convenience.

The prepayment option is made when the order is completed. If you choose the monthly option, your payment becomes like a monthly subscription, but in this case you will need to pay the initial deposit for approximately the first three months.

In spite of the different payment methods, you must register the details of a valid credit card.

After the first 90 days, the lease can be terminated with 30 days’ notice.

Absolutely yes. The leased artwork can be purchased at any time at the retail price of the leased artwork (+ 10%). The purchase price is set at the end of the leasing period according to the rate in force at that time.

If the purchase is announced before the end of the leasing period, the purchase prices will be higher. The total cost (leasing cost + purchase price) is then set at the retail price + 10%.

In addition, large quantity orders will result in a considerable discount.

Yes. The initial cost, which serves as a security deposit, is a necessary plus prior to delivery of the leased artwork.

Yes, it is necessary to insure the rented artwork. However, the client is held financially responsible for any incident, such as damage or theft, of the rented artwork.
